Calcium channel blockers (CCBs) adalah secara ekstensif dimetabolisme oleh hati. Setengah-hidup dari CCBs dapat diperpanjang secara substansial pada pasien dengan gangguan hati berat, dengan potensi yang signifikan akumulasi obat.
