Reaksi paradoks, termasuk rangsangan, lekas marah, perilaku agresif, agitasi, kegelisahan, permusuhan, kecemasan, gangguan tidur, mimpi buruk dan mimpi hidup, telah dilaporkan dengan penggunaan benzodiazepine pada pasien kejiwaan dan pasien anak-anak dengan hiperaktif agresif gangguan.
